Cranberry Orange Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts – diced
1/4 cup of barbeque sauce
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup Pine Barrens Native Fruits Cranberry Walnut Jam
1 – Spray crock pot lightly and place diced chicken in crock pot.
2 – Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, then drain juices.
3 – Mix together barbeque sauce, orange marmalade, soy sauce, and cranberry walnut jam.
4 – Pour mixture over chicken until well coated and cook on low for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
This is a great winter recipe to throw in the crock pot while you are preparing for
company to come over for dinner. The aroma smells delicious!
