Cranberry Brie Bites
1 box of frozen mini phyllo shells
1 round Brie cheese
1 jar of Pine Barrens Native Fruits Cranberry Walnut Jam
1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2 – In a mini-muffin pan, place a phyllo shell in each muffin form.
3 – Cut the skin off of the brie and cut cheese into cubes.
4 – Place a cube of brie cheese in each phyllo shell.
5 – Bake for approximately 5 minutes, or just until cheese melts. Remove from oven and let cool.
5 – Remove cups from mini-muffin pan, top each with a teaspoon of Cranberry Walnut Jam.
This makes for an easy, make-ahead appetizer that is perfect for entertaining.
